Jerry Seinfeld- 23 Hours To Kill/ Jerry Before Seinfeld [2020/Blu-ray] Stand-Up
For his fourth stand-up special (his second at Netflix, following 2017's Jerry Before Seinfeld), the comic and Seinfeld star makes a grand entrance to NYC's Beacon Theatre before unloading his trademark wit and observations about everyday life — helping us see the humor in the mundane.
Jerry Seinfeld: 23 Hours To Kill. Jerry Seinfeld takes the stage in New York and tackles talking vs. texting, bad buffets vs. so-called "great" restaurants and the magic of Pop Tarts.
His third special as mentioned is "Jerry Before Seinfeld." Everybody starts somewhere. For stand-up comic and sitcom icon Jerry Seinfeld, that place was Comic Strip Live, the Manhattan club that for years has been the go-to venue for aspiring comedians looking to hone their setups and punchlines. His act, which fills up about 50 minutes of the special's hourlong run time (home movies, archive recordings and newly filmed bits around Manhattan make up the rest), is a combination of old jokes and new, many of them revolving around Seinfeld's recollections of his childhood and apprenticeship years.
