Sony Pictures Home Entertainment has begun it's second wave of Manufactured on Demand Blu-ray releases this year and plan on adding additional films in the coming months and through next year. Although streaming is the future of home video Sony and many other studios want to make titles available on disc for those who still want physical copies of their purchases.
Blu-ray MOD is an exciting expansion of the existing DVD MOD program, which has seen a variety of the studio's fan favorites, cult classics and hidden gems come to market that otherwise would not be released.
Enjoy a seamless consumer experience, via online retailers for movies like Karate Kid III, Fright Night 1 and 2, Body Double and others. Sony has confirmed that the films will be presented on BD-R media: "BD-R media is the format being used for our Blu-ray Manufacture-on-Demand product.

All features are presented in full high definition with lossless audio and are work flawlessly with most stand alone Blu-ray players and drives.
